Online Design Case Study - London Playing Field Foundation
The following is a case study about our work with the London Playing Field Foundation, from content brainstorm to website build.
Creative Content Workshop
Half a day workshop with the client helping them to get down everything they need and want on the site, not just from their own perspective but also thinking about their users and what they want to see and how they would engage with the site.
Sorting and ordering the content. What's the most single important thing on the new site?
What can wait for phase 2?

Phased Approach
We find that most clients like this approach, it allows them to have a brand new website with all of the existing content but also builds the foundations for a much bigger, better site in the future. We like it because it means the site is well structured and planned from the beginning, it is solid and future-proof. It also means that we can build a lasting relationship with the client and continue the development together.
Wireframes
This stage allows the client to see exactly what will go on every page on the website. We can work out what needs to connect to where and make sure we all have the same vision and end goal in mind. It also helps us to separate the functionality from the design which is a key point to making fundamental, structural decisions early on.
Website Build
The site is then translated into HTML and coded using Content Style Sheets and, as this one does, usually a Content Management System behind the scenes. We test and approve, back and forward between us and the client until we're all happy its looking and working as we all expected and then transfer the site to your domain.
